These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website PARBOTI (accessible via parboti.com) and the purchase of any products from us. By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to PARBOTI, operating in Bangladesh.
“User”, “You”, or “Your” refers to the customer, visitor, or user of our website.
“Products” refers to the cosmetics, fashion items, and personal care goods listed on our platform.
2. Eligibility and User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a legal guardian.
Each user account must be registered using a unique, valid mobile number and email address. Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers, discount coupons, or “one-time” deals is strictly prohibited and may result in order cancellation and account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login information, and password.
3. Pricing, Product Availability, and Descriptions
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice.
While we make every effort to display product colors, packaging, and descriptions as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to device screen settings, lighting, or manufacturer updates.
PARBOTI reserves the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
4. Order Acceptance, Quality Control (QC), and Cancellation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and verification by us.
Quality Control & Stock Check: PARBOTI is committed to delivering authentic and high-quality products. Every ordered item undergoes a rigorous Quality Control (QC) inspection. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product fails our QC standards or becomes out-of-stock due to unforeseen inventory discrepancies.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Payment Terms (Cash on Delivery)
Currently, PARBOTI primarily operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Payment for the products must be made in cash directly to the delivery representative upon physical receipt of the ordered items.
We reserve the right to verify orders via phone call or SMS before dispatching them. Failure to confirm an order may result in cancellation.
6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your geographic location (inside or outside Dhaka) and courier partner efficiency.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon physical delivery of the items to the designated delivery address. We shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political strikes, or transport disruptions).

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Users may post reviews, comments, and other content provided it is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or infringing upon intellectual property rights.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and all products provided are on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PARBOTI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or any products purchased. Individual skin reactions or product compatibility are subject to individual body types; brand-specific manufacturer warranties will apply where applicable.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PARBOTI, its founders, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

এই শর্তাবলী এবং নিয়মাবলি (“Terms & Conditions”) পার্বতী (parboti.com) ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার এবং এখান থেকে পণ্য ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে বাধ্যতামূলকভাবে প্রযোজ্য। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্রাউজ করার মাধ্যমে বা অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তগুলোতে সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন। সেবা গ্রহণের পূর্বে অনুগ্রহ করে এগুলো মনোযোগ সহকারে পড়ুন।
১. সংজ্ঞা ও ব্যাখ্যা
“কোম্পানি”, “আমরা”, “আমাদের” বলতে বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত ই-কমার্স ব্র্যান্ড পার্বতী (PARBOTI)-কে বোঝানো হয়েছে।
“ব্যবহারকারী”, “আপনি” বলতে আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটের ভিজিটর বা কাস্টমারকে বোঝানো হয়েছে।
“পণ্য” বলতে পার্বতী প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রদর্শিত কসমেটিকস, ফ্যাশন ও পার্সোনাল কেয়ার আইটেমগুলোকে বোঝানো হয়েছে।
২. অ্যাকাউন্ট ও নিবন্ধন সংক্রান্ত শর্ত
ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার বা অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলার জন্য ব্যবহারকারীকে অবশ্যই আইনিভাবে সাবালক (কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর বয়স) হতে হবে।
প্রতিটি অ্যাকাউন্ট একটি স্বতন্ত্র ও সঠিক মোবাইল নম্বর এবং ইমেইল দিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রি করতে হবে। একই তথ্য ব্যবহার করে একাধিক অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলা এবং অফার বা ডিসকাউন্টের অপব্যবহার করা কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ। এমনটি ঘটলে যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল বা অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত করার অধিকার আমরা রাখি।
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের গোপনীয়তা ও পাসওয়ার্ড সুরক্ষিত রাখার সম্পূর্ণ দায়িত্ব আপনার নিজের।
৩. পণ্যের মূল্য এবং বিবরণ
ওয়েবসাইটের সমস্ত মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (BDT) নির্ধারিত এবং কর্তৃপক্ষ পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই মূল্য পরিবর্তন করতে পারে।
পণ্যের ছবি ও বিবরণ যথাসম্ভব নির্ভুল রাখার চেষ্টা করা হয়, তবে ডিভাইস স্ক্রিনের রেজুলেশন বা ব্রাইটনেসের কারণে বাস্তব পণ্যের রঙের সাথে সামান্য তারতম্য হতে পারে।
৪. অর্ডার গ্রহণ, কোয়ালিটি কন্ট্রোল (QC) ও অর্ডার বাতিলকরণ
অর্ডার করার মানে হলো আপনি পণ্যটি কেনার প্রস্তাব দিচ্ছেন। আমাদের দ্বারা তা কনফার্ম হওয়ার পরই চুক্তি সম্পন্ন হয়।
কোয়ালিটি কন্ট্রোল (QC): পার্বতী গ্রাহকদের কাছে শতভাগ খাঁটি ও মানসম্মত পণ্য পৌঁছে দিতে বদ্ধপরিকর। প্রতিটি পণ্য পাঠানোর পূর্বে আমাদের টিম থেকে কোয়ালিটি চেক করা হয়। কোয়ালিটিতে ত্রুটি পাওয়া গেলে বা স্টক শেষ হয়ে গেলে পার্বতী যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার পূর্ণ অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
প্রতারণামূলক কার্যক্রম বা ভুল মূল্যের কারণেও যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার আমাদের রয়েছে।
৫. পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি (ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি)
বর্তমানে পার্বতীতে শুধুমাত্র ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) পদ্ধতিতে লেনদেন পরিচালিত হচ্ছে। কুরিয়ার প্রতিনিধি আপনার ঠিকানায় পণ্য পৌঁছে দেওয়ার পর আপনি সরাসরি ক্যাশে মূল্য পরিশোধ করবেন।
অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার জন্য আমরা ফোন কল বা এসএমএস-এর মাধ্যমে তথ্য যাচাই করতে পারি। সঠিক তথ্য বা সহযোগিতা না পাওয়া গেলে অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার আমরা রাখি।
৬. শিপিং এবং ডেলিভারি পলিসি
নির্ধারিত ডেলিভারি সময় স্থানভেদে (ঢাকার ভেতরে বা বাইরে) ভিন্ন হতে পারে। প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, রাজনৈতিক হরতাল বা অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতির কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হলে পার্বতী দায়ী থাকবে না।
৭. রিটার্ন এবং প্রাইভেসি পলিসি (পৃথক পেজ)
পণ্য ফেরত, বদল বা রিফান্ড সংক্রান্ত বিস্তারিত নিয়ম জানতে আমাদের নির্দিষ্ট Return & Refund Policy পেজটি ভিজিট করুন।

৮. মেধাস্বত্ব ও কপিরাইট
পার্বতী ওয়েবসাইটের লোগো, ডিজাইন, ছবি, টেক্সট এবং গ্রাফিক্সের স্বত্ব সম্পূর্ণভাবে পার্বতী নিজস্ব। অনুমতি ছাড়া এসব কনটেন্ট কপি বা বাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহার আইনত দণ্ডনীয় অপরাধ।
৯. ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণ ও কনটেন্ট
ওয়েবসাইটের রিভিউ বা কমেন্ট বক্সে কোনো ধরনের মানহানিকর, অশ্লীল, ভুয়া বা ক্ষতিকারক তথ্য প্রকাশ করা যাবে না। নীতিমালা লঙ্ঘন করলে যেকোনো ইউজারের অ্যাক্সেস চিরতরে বন্ধ করে দেওয়া হবে।
১০. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা
ওয়েবসাইট বা সেবা ব্যবহারের ফলে কিংবা ভুল ব্যবহারের কারণে সৃষ্ট কোনো ধরনের পরোক্ষ বা আনুষঙ্গিক ক্ষতির জন্য পার্বতী দায়ী থাকবে না। ত্বকের ধরন বা শারীরিক গঠনের কারণে পণ্যের ফলাফল ভিন্ন হতে পারে; ব্র্যান্ড ওয়্যারেন্টিযুক্ত পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্র্যান্ডের ওয়্যারেন্টি পলিসি কার্যকর হবে।
১১. ক্ষতিপূরণ
আপনার যেকোনো নিয়ম লঙ্ঘন বা অপব্যবহারের কারণে কোম্পানির কোনো ক্ষতি হলে তার আইনি দায়ভার এবং ক্ষতিপূরণ আপনাকে বহন করতে হবে।
১২. প্রযোজ্য আইন
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন ও বিধিমালা দ্বারা পরিচালিত ও নিয়ন্ত্রিত হবে।
১৩. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন
পার্বতী যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলীতে পরিবর্তন বা সংশোধন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশিত হওয়ার সাথে সাথেই নতুন শর্তগুলো কার্যকর বলে গণ্য হবে।
